CARE AND SUPPORT GROUP
Our leadership and ministry teams are committed to serving the pastoral needs of our community. We desire to help build strong individuals and families who are growing in passion for Jesus and compassion for people. We offer focused ministry in the areas of restoration and recovery and biblical counseling.
HOPGOM's pastor is available by appointment for Biblical counseling in life matters.

Pastoral Care provides compassionate support to members dealing with the pain of losing a loved one. The team is trained to not only help with the grieving and healing process but to assist with the planning of a funeral and memorial services as well.
Dedicating your baby is a public testimony of your intent to raise your child in the Christian faith, with the hope that he or she will one day make a personal commitment to Christ as their Savior. Dedications are held on the fourth Sunday of each month, at the last scheduled Sunday service. Parents and guardians who want to have their child dedicated must attend a pre-dedication class.
This class is designed to help individuals who are recovering from the pain of losing a loved one. Utilizing a video-based curriculum, GriefShare is a group for people grieving the loss of a loved one. Whether your loss is recent or you’ve carried it for a while, this group can be a healthy part of your healing process.
During this thirteen-week support group, attendees will learn how to walk through the journey of grief and be supported along the way. It is a safe place where they will find hope. Cost is $15 for the workbook.
